The end of the year is quickly approaching which means longer nights, cooler days, and holiday shopping. No matter which occasion you celebrate getting your shopping out of the way early saves on stress later. Junior League of Lafayette is here to help.

This annual holiday market, Tinsel and Treasures, will return September 22 through 24 at the Cajundome Convention Center.

“Tinsel & Treasures is a one-stop shopping experience and a great opportunity to get your early holiday shoppingdone, all while benefiting the community,” said Katie DuBois, 2022 Tinsel & Treasures chairman. “We are excited tohelp get everyone in the holiday spirit and hope to make this our most successful market yet.”Market vendors include local favorites, as well as merchants from across the country. More than 100 boutique-like shops include jewelry, food, gifts, toys, home décor, and apparel."

General Market will open on September 22 from 10 a.m.-8 p.m. Strollers are permitted from 3 p.m. until close. The market will open at 9 a.m. on the 23 and 24, closing at 8 p.m. and 5 p.m. respectively. Children 10 and younger are admitted free. Preferred shopping tickets can be purchased for September 22. These tickets allow you to shop starting at 8 a.m. and include complimentary breakfast and door prizes.

Tickets can be purchased online at www.ticketmaster.com or www.juniorleagueoflafayette.com/tinsel-treasures. You can also purchase tickets from a Lafayette Junior League member or the Cajundome box office. General admission tickets are $15 when purchased from a Junior League member, Ticketmaster and box office tickets are subject to additional fees. Preferred shopping tickets are $35 and can be bought the same way.

Tinsel and Treasure 2022 events include
