2022 Qfm96 Backyard Bash Pre-Game Parties Official Contest Rules

Beginning at 6am Monday, September 19, 2022, through 11:59pm Sunday, November 13, 2022 listeners 21 and over may register at Qfm96.com for the chance to win a Qfm96 Backyard Bash Pre-Game Party for up to 10 people. No purchase necessary. One entry person.  Attempting more than the stated entries may disqualify the entrant in Qfm96’s sole discretion.

At approximately 10am on Mondays, October 3rd, 24th, 31st, and November 14th, 2022, a representative from Qfm96 will randomly choose – from among all qualified entries – one winner (1) per week, four (4) total winners, to each receive a Backyard Bash Pre-Game Party to include a Torg & Elliott Tailgaiter from Junkyard Dogs (Koozie, thermal and zippered top bag, 12 dogs, brats, or sausages, 2 lbs of fries, and choice of any 5 condiments valued at an approximate MSRP of $96.30 and a Jack Daniels Prize package (Jack Daniel’s Coleman Cooler, Jack Daniel’s Hat, Bag of Jack Daniel’s Whiskey Barrel Smoking Chips, Jack Daniel’s Cook Book, and Jack Daniel’s Water Bottle ) valued at an approximate MSRP of $78.41. The total weekly winner prize package is valued at an approximate MSRP of $172.71. The winners will be called on Mondays, October 3rd, 24th, 31st, and November 14th, 2022 to confirm their prize and details. Each winner’s name and city of residence will be posted on Qfm96.com, and photos of each backyard event may be shared on any or all Qfm96 social media accounts.

Qfm96 will make reasonable efforts to award Prize One (1) week after winning. The station’s sole responsibility will be to award the prize and will have no further responsibility in connection with the prize if the prize winner, for any reason, cannot or decides not to use the prize. Winners will be responsible for any applicable federal and state taxes as well as all fees associated with the prize. The winner must have a valid state ID and complete an IRS Form W-9 to collect the prize. Prizes are not transferrable or redeemable for cash. By entering this contest, participants understand the nature of the prize they are competing to win. In the event that the prize winner declines acceptance of any of the prizes, an alternate eligible winner will be randomly chosen. Contest rules may be altered at any time.

Qfm96 contests are open to all eligible Columbus, OH residents 21 or older who have not won anything on Qfm96 in the past 30 days or any prize valued at $600 or more in the past 6 months. Winners must live within the circumference of the Columbus, Ohio I-270 outer belt to ensure the freshness of food delivery. Only one winner per household is permitted within 30 days after a household has a winner. Any prize awarded to an ineligible listener will be deemed null and void, and an alternate eligible winner may be named.

Employees of Qfm96, Columbus Radio Group, Franklin Communications, Inc, and its ultimate parent company, Saga Communications, Inc., their advertising agencies, affiliates, contest sponsors, employees and immediate families of each, and employees of all media of mass communication within a one hundred mile radius of the Qfm96 main studio are not eligible to win any contest. Immediate family includes the spouse, great-grandparents, grandparents, parents, brothers, sisters, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren of the employee and his/her spouse. This also includes individuals for whom the employee is the current legal guardian.
